From August 2006 Soft Center is owned by Active Properties AB (publ), www.activeproperties.se
Active Properties was founded in May 2006, when unlisted Active Capital AB, today ACAP Invest AB, effected a dividend in kind to its shareholders. Today Active Properties counts about 2200 shareholders but is not listed on the stock exchange.
Business concept
Active Properties business concept is to create long-term values for its owners by acquiring, developping and administering properties for office and light industry/storage.
